Important Information & Exclusion List Before Placing Your First Order

Here you’ll find the most important rules to know before placing your first order. Short and clear—so you know exactly what we accept and forward. The contractual details are provided in our Terms and Conditions.

What We Forward

We accept your shipments and forward them, provided they are not on our exclusion list and the store, shipping carrier, and destination country allow the shipment.

Please note: Compliance with product law and labeling requirements in the destination country is your sole responsibility as the recipient.

Who is eligible to use the service?

You’re welcome to use this service: individual customers, businesses, and other customer groups.

Geography (Shipping Areas)

Package Receipt

Shipments from EU countries to our warehouse in Germany.
We do not accept packages from non-EU countries.

Outgoing Packages

Forwarding to addresses within the EU.
No forwarding to non-EU countries.

Receipt at our warehouse

Delivery address: Use your street address along with your personal mailbox ID (P.O. boxes and Packstations are not permitted as warehouse addresses).
Note: If the mailbox ID is not included on the package, it will delay processing in our system.
Important: We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments.

Exclusion List — Not Acceptable & Cannot Be Forwarded

We do not accept the following shipments and goods, nor do we forward them under any circumstances:

1. Type of Use & Addressing

Cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments
Shipments to package stations or post office boxes (as our warehouse address)
Shipments without valid sender or recipient information
Shipments with destinations outside the EU (including the EEA and third countries)

2. Legal Provisions & Hazardous Materials

Prohibited goods under German or EU law
Goods requiring authorization but lacking valid authorization
Dangerous goods of all classes (ADR/IATA), including lithium-ion batteries and batteries in non-compliant forms
Counterfeit goods and trademark infringements

3. Weapons, Narcotics, & Regulated Goods

Weapons, weapon parts, and weapon-like objects
Ammunition, explosives, and pyrotechnic articles
Drugs, narcotics, and similar substances
Alcoholic Beverages
Tobacco products and related nicotine products
Medical devices and pharmaceuticals, to the extent that their shipment is restricted or prohibited

4. Perishable goods, animals, and plants

Perishable goods and anything that requires a cold chain
Live animals and perishable biological materials
Plants, seeds, and soil, to the extent that their shipment or import is restricted by law

5. Valuables & Means of Payment

Cash, securities, precious metals, and high-value jewelry exceeding standard package limits

6. Dimensions, Weight, & Packaging

Bulky items, oversized items, parcels >20 kg and freight exceeding carrier limits
Inadequately packaged or damage-prone shipments without sturdy packaging
