DE2EU is a German delivery address plus forwarding into your EU country. No concierge shopping, no worldwide forwarding.
1. Register
Create an account and confirm the required statement: use as a private individual for private purposes only. Commercial use is prohibited. As a private importer you are responsible for packaging rules (EU PPWR) in the destination country.
After registration you will see your mailbox ID and the address format under “My address” (once the account module is live) or on the Address page.
2. Copy the address
Always use your name, the c/o DE2EU- plus ID line, street, postcode, city and GERMANY. Some shops call the field “address 2” or “company”.
3. Order in a German shop
Order only from shops that deliver to a regular street address in Germany (or within the EU to our warehouse). No packing station, no PO box, no cash on delivery.
4. Arrival at the warehouse
You do not need to pre-advise the parcel if the ID is on it. We match the shipment to your account and email you.
If the ID is missing: send us the shop tracking number, your name and if possible the order confirmation. Matching then takes longer.
5. Book forwarding
In your account you select the parcel, see fee plus postage in euro and pay. The aim is dispatch on the same or next working day after payment.
6. Delivery
The parcel goes to the EU address stored in your account. Tracking is emailed once the carrier has collected it.
