You only pay when a package is forwarded. The account and German address are free.
Price Components
The total price consists of the service fee plus carrier shipping costs—and any additional fees, if applicable. All amounts are gross, including VAT, in euros; you’ll see them before payment.
The product price listed in the online store is not included in the DE2EU invoice.

Estimate costs
Select the destination country and weight for an approximate shipping cost estimate (gross, including sales tax, service fee, and postage).
All amounts in EUR are gross incl. VAT. Approximate estimate — final price after actual weight and order in your account.
Storage
We store incoming parcels free of charge for the first 14 days from the date of receipt. From the 15th day onwards, a charge will apply in accordance with the fee table above.
Multiple packages
During the launch phase, we forward shipments individually. Combining multiple boxes is available only upon request.
Taxes
All prices shown are gross amounts in euros, including VAT. You’ll see the net amount and VAT breakdown on the invoice after payment.
