Please read this before your first shop order. We may refuse to accept or forward shipments that break these rules.
Use
- Private individuals and private purposes only
- No business, resale or dropshipping
- You are the private importer (including PPWR in the destination country)
Geography (launch)
- Inbound: parcels from EU countries to our German warehouse
- Outbound: EU / EEA only
- No inbound parcels from outside the EU
- No onward shipping outside the EU
Acceptance
- No cash on delivery (COD)
- The warehouse is not a packing station or PO box
- A street address with mailbox ID is required
Not forwardable (draft — legal review required)
This list will be finalised with carriers and legal before launch.
- Prohibited and permit-only goods
- Dangerous goods
- Alcohol and tobacco (excise)
- Perishable goods and cold chain
- Weapons and weapon-like items
- Freight / oversized items beyond carrier limits
Food supplements
A common use case, not a blank cheque: only where the shop, carrier and destination country allow the shipment. Product rules and labelling in the destination country are yours as private importer.
