Payment Methods

Depending on availability, the following payment methods are available for paying for the forwarding services offered by DE2EU:

• Credit/debit card
• Local or regional payment methods
• Bank Transfer

The payment methods actually available for each order will be displayed during the checkout process.

Time of Payment

The forwarding fees must be paid in full before the forwarding order is processed.

The total amount due, including the forwarding fee, shipping costs, and any applicable surcharges, will be displayed before you submit the order.

The forwarding service will be carried out after full payment has been received.

Payment Service Providers

The payment service providers Stripe and Mollie are used to process card payments as well as certain local or regional payment methods.

When making a payment through these payment service providers, their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies also apply.

Bank Transfer

If you select bank transfer as your payment method, the bank account details required for the payment will be provided to you during the checkout process or in the payment information for your order.

The order will be processed once payment has been received in full.

Availability of Payment Methods

The availability of individual payment methods may depend, in particular, on the respective country, technical availability, and the requirements of the payment service provider.

The payment methods actually displayed during the respective checkout process are decisive.
